Teaching Assistant and Volunteer Program
This program will be guided by our amazing faculty, providing opportunities to collaborate on camp logistics and develop creative social media content. Participants will combine their music knowledge with other disciplines such as audio/video recording, photography, visual art, and creative writing.

Volunteer Program
Students (ages 16-18) have a unique opportunity to support young musicians while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and creative environment. As a volunteer at the 2025 C’est Bon Music Academy summer camp, you’ll play an essential role in creating a memorable experience for students ages 9-18.
Space is limited, and volunteers will be selected based on prior experience, personal statements, availability, and enthusiasm for supporting young musicians.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
A typical workday is from 8:45 AM to 5:20 PM, with additional responsibilities for faculty and student concerts on Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon.
Assist with check-in and check-out, warmly welcoming campers each day
Help with pre-camp setup (Friday before Session 1) and classroom preparation
Organize and lead lunchtime games and activities
Ensure a smooth transition between classes for all campers
Assist with class, community day, and concert operations, including preparation, stage assistance, and post-event cleanup

Teaching Assistant Program
C’est Bon Music Academy summer camp is seeking passionate individuals 18 and older to join as Teaching Assistants. This role provides an incredible opportunity to work alongside experienced faculty, support young musicians, and gain practical experience in a collaborative and inspiring environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll follow the camp and concert schedules, assisting faculty and engaging with students to help them thrive musically. This position is ideal for those looking to refine their teaching skills, collaborate with accomplished musicians, and deepen their understanding of music education.
Candidates will be selected based on their experience and commitment to teaching and inspiring young musicians.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with students, coaching chamber groups, providing guidance and support
Possibility of serving as a collaborative pianist in selected masterclasses (for pianists)
Assist in organizing and facilitating masterclasses
Monitor and assess student progress during rehearsals
